At Elkeif Perfumes, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original seals, accessories, and promotional items (if applicable).

Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damages and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.

Any product that has been tampered with or is not in its original condition.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
If you'd like a different fragrance, you'll need to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
