Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other Governorates in Egypt: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your order.

Elkeif Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or other unexpected events.
